If you do not see your insurance company listed it may mean that we are not participating with that particular insurance company, however we still may participate in the network they use. As we know this may be confusing please feel free to call our insurance coordinator, Teri Williams, should you have any additional questions.
Our office files and tracks claims for all insurance companies whether we participate or not.

Leaving a Google Review for us is easy! Read the instructions and click the button below to get started. If you’re on your phone, scroll down for the Google Map App instructions.
1. Click on the button below. This will take you to your Google Maps and show our location.
2. Scroll down until you see the Rate and Review section. If you’re on a desktop computer, click the “write a review” link, if you’re on a mobile device select how many stars you would like to give Hosek Dentistry and then write your review.
