My dental adventure began at age 5 visiting our family dentist of 4 generations in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Carroll spent hours letting me play with his amazing miniature toys. I decided this was what I wanted to do when I was big. My father was an engineer at Ford and taught me how things worked. My parents were buying broken appliances and machines for me to take apart to see how they worked. This prevented me from taking everything in our home apart! Today I am playing with more advanced toys. Our Cerec 3D printer makes your crowns in one visit. There is a local company, OWL, that I am helping with a 3D additive printer for dental applications. The fun never ends.

Eric A. Hosek, D.D.S., P.C.
Lindsey Hosek, D.D.S.
Dr. Lindsey Hosek has been around dentistry since she was born. She worked at the office with Dr. Eric Hosek at a young age and even worked as a dental hygienist. Dr. Eric Hosek and Lindsey share a passion for patient care and love working together and finding creative dental solutions. She graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore Dental School in 2013. In dental school, she met her husband, Dr. Scott Engle. Together they have a miniature Husky named Rayden. On January of 2019 they had their first child together, Ryleigh Paige. On March of 2021 their second daughter Mackenzie Blair was born. In their spare time, they enjoy fitness classes, traveling, spoiling Ryleigh and Mack, and spending time with family and friends.
Scott Engle, D.D.S.
Dr. Engle graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2014, where he met his wife, our very own Dr. Lindsey Hosek. After graduating from dental school Dr. Engle moved to Virginia Beach and began his dental career. He will offer patients the same wonderful care they have learned to expect of Hosek Dentistry. His treatment expertise includes dental crowns, implant services, dentures, ClearCorrect® (clear aligners), root canals and extractions.

Teri, Financial Coordinator
Teri has been in the dental field for over 30 years and 18 of those years have been with the Hosek Family. She can always be found with a smile and a positive attitude. She lives in Chesapeake and has 3 children, 3 granddaughters and 2 dogs. Teri enjoys working closely with our patients, whether helping them understand their insurance benefits, addressing their financial concerns, or simply getting to know them. When away from work, Teri enjoys meeting new people, spending time with family and friends, and being involved with Point Harbor Community Church. She is looking forward to meeting you!
Amanda, Office Manager
Amanda is a proud Maryland transplant who moved to Virginia Beach after graduating from Elon University in 2002. Shortly after moving to Hampton Roads, she accepted a position as Office manager in an Oral Surgery practice. She quickly realized her passion for Dentistry, patient care and team leadership. She believes every patient should feel special, comfortable, and well cared for every time they visit our office. Amanda loves the MD flag, blue crabs, and the Baltimore Orioles. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family and Labrador Retrievers.
Kristine, Patient Care/Treatment Coordinator
Kristine has been in the dental field since she was in high school. She brings over 15 years of clinical and administrative experience to the office. Kristine is very passionate about patient care and believes in making sure each patient feels at home and treated just like family.
In her spare time, she and her husband Joe enjoys spending time with family especially their boys, Noah (4) and Owen (2). She also loves staying active, working out, traveling, and cooking.
Erica, Dental Assistant
Erica is a 2019 graduate of the Dental Careers Foundation. She is a wife and mom of 3 amazing kids. Erica and her husband, who is in the US Marine Corps, have been together since 2005, both are originally from Virginia Beach. They have 3 children Zach , Emma and Xander. She and her family have two dogs: Tyler and Oliver. In her spare time Erica enjoys baking, hanging out with friends and family and she loves the Korean Pop band, BTS
Kara, Dental Assistant
Kara has been in the dental field since 2006 and obtained her Expanded Functions in Dental Assisting from the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry in 2008. She’s passionate about patient education and easing patients fears to for allow positive experiences.
She hails from sunny South Florida and moved to Hampton Roads in 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys line dancing with friends, relaxing on the beach, hiking the trails, and spending time with her two kids and four grandkids.

My name is Michelle I am a native of Virginia, and I have been in dentistry for 31 years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family & friends. My husband Steve & I enjoy gardening & cooking together and spending time at the beach.
Erin, Dental Hygienist
Erin is a graduate of Old Dominion University school of dental hygiene. She has been with Hosek Dentistry for over 20 years and loves the long-term relationships she has been able to establish with patients.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 3 boys, being active and being outdoors.
Jaime, Dental Hygienist
Jaime graduated from the dental hygiene program at Baker College in Port Huron, Michigan in 2001. She was born and raised in Michigan and relocated to Virginia in 2009. Jaime received her certification to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide from Old Dominion University in 2010. She resides in Virginia Beach with her two Siamese cats, and enjoys renovating and decorating her new home.
Megan, Dental Hygenist
Megan is originally from Georgia and moved to Virginia to pursue her dream in dentistry. She has a bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in Dental Hygiene. Megan recently got married to her long-time boyfriend of 8 years. When not working, she loves spending time at the beach or in the mountains.
Dani, Bookkeeper and Dr. Hosek's Wife
Dani has lived in Virginia Beach for most of her life. She remembers Great Neck Road being 2 lanes surrounded by soy and corn fields. Her hobbies are gardening, decorating, refinishing furniture, and renovating. She loves spending time with Eric while working on projects. She enjoys spending time outdoors with nature and sharing special moments with family and dogs.
